3. Registration and Certification

When registering for any of our training programs, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Certificates of completion or accreditation (such as Highfield or Municipality-approved certifications) are only issued upon the successful completion of the course requirements and full payment of associated fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, manuals, website copy, and resources provided by Cibex remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cibex. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our training materials without explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our experts provide actionable insights and up-to-date regulatory guidance, the ultimate responsibility for maintaining food safety and regulatory compliance rests with the client's organization. Cibex shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the implementation of, or reliance on, our consulting advice or training.
